Mario Kart Rosalina Collection!

Mario Kart has always had a special place in my heart. I grew up playing MK Wii and MKDS with my twin. We both would always love either playing team battles on Wii or trying to complete 48 races in DS, which we always failed at. Even then, we both continued to follow it into MK8U. My twin has played it for now about 2ish years whereas I have played it competitively for 8 years. I was heartbroken when I heard they would shut down the services soon, more sad since I've made so many good friends while playing online. I tried liking MK8DX, but it's just not my cup of tea (I dearly miss the firehopping and demonsliding). Enough about that, let's get to the main part, the collection! There are a few things I missed and the picture might look blurry so i'll try my best to show everything. I apologize for the weird line on the left side of the image. (T-T)

It looks somewhat better organized this time. Alright so, I'll start highlighting some of my favorites and include items I missted. Those two small posters in the back were from a German gaming magazine (according to the seller I bought them from). They look pretty darn neat and since I love MK8U, I couldn't resist not buying one.

While this one might not be particularlly a favorite, I'd feel wrong if I didn't at least mentioned it. This was my third most expensive item (I'll make a future post about my most/least expensive items). It was the Rosalina Hot Wheels Standard Kart. I missed the date of when she originally released and had to look in e-commerce sites. While I was able to get the 4 pack, I really wanted the original packaging for the standard kart. Thankfully, i've been able to obtain the rest without much hassle.

One of my absolute favorite purchases are the MK8U playing cards. They were a bonus if you pre-ordered MK8U on Amazon JP. Two varieties were released: Mario and Rosalina, with Rosalina selling much higher than Mario. Nintendo really loves her render with the Standard ATV, seeing as how it's used into a handful of merchendise that is related to MK.

There's also this super cool Rosalina pin and coin I really like! The pin was released maybe around 2018? by Pinny Arcade through MK pin blind boxes (Rosalina had a 5% chance of being pulled). I had only one originally but I had to buy another one because I had accidentally stepped on it and bent the nails on the back of the pin (T-T). The coin was from a promotion they had done in the Neatherlands around Febuary of 2018. Some characters had metal coins and others had plastic ones. Rosalina's is plastic coin. I love the finish to it and the back has her outlined. Pretty cool!

Now for the items I missed (not that many). I purchased a MK8 plush wheel from Japan. I really like how it had the tire marking pattern on the side. I'm debated whether i should get 3 more so it can be like, the wheels for a car... I'll see, but i'm content for now.

There was also this MK sticker? Released around 2014, they came with coin gummies? gum? and a big and small sized sticker. I showed the big sticker but forgot to include the tiny one!

Phew! that was quite a bit. From this point forward, pictures will decrease in merchendise. SMG and MK make up most of the collection. The only exception is the miscellaneous section, where I grouped merchendise that I couldn't put in either specific categories or felt that they didn't really belong there. Next post will feature Smash Brothers! Let me know what you guys thought of this collection!
